Dancing and ego house parties in the time of Covid-19

Dance yourself happy!

There is hardly any other leisure time activity that combines movement, touch and music like dancing – and it also trains the brain! What’s more, the body releases the happiness hormones endorphins and dopamine when you dance. And right now we could all do with a huge dose of happy feelings, so it is high time to get your dancing shoes on again! Since we currently need to do this within our own four walls, it really doesn’t matter whether you’re a good dancer or not – nobody is watching! Fantastic, right?
Just like sport, dancing helps you to relieve stress, which is beneficial for your mental and physical health.

Dance yourself happy and do something good for your health!

Are you wondering how dancing at home can work? No problem. Bring the club feeling into your living room, participate in an online dance course, listen to a concert or an opera, or put on your earphones, play your favourite music and dance around your flat.
